The company forbids the use of the vehicle to transport products, pets, or anything else that could destroy the interior of the vehicle. In this case, the User will be responsible for paying the real cost of interior and exterior car repairs and cleaning.

In all instances where a vehicle develops a mechanical issue and prevents the user from using it, a replacement vehicle shall be delivered within a city's boundaries only (Subject to availability of equivalent segment in the city). If a vehicle experiences this problem outside of the city limits, a new vehicle won't be offered, and the agreed-upon rental fee will be paid instead. The choice of replacement vehicle shall be made only by the company.

Fuel for chauffeur-driven vehicles is included in the chosen rental package.

Extra Hours will be charged in addition to the renter's standard package.

Toll and parking fees are the responsibility of the consumer. Extra hours and/or kilometers will be charged for excessive usage.
