For Economy/Executive cars:
a) If you cancel more than three hours before the start of your shift, you won't be charged.
b) No-show after the car has left the garage or cancellation within three hours of dispatch: 30 minutes (4hr/40kms).
For Luxury, Royale, Vans, and Coaches:
a) Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the start of the shift: 0%.
b) Cancellation charges up to 48 hours before dispatch or no show once the car has left our garage: Full Day (8hr/80kms).
For Self-Drive Bookings –
a) Zero cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled before 24 hours.
b) If booking is cancelled within 24 hours, 30% of the total fare will be charged.
c) In case of No show, 50% of the total fare will be charged.
Following cancellation and payment in accordance with the cancellation policy, a refund will be issued within 8 working hours or the following business day.
You can cancel your booking through website, app, or support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy which is as follows: -
i. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are free of charge.
ii. If you cancel or don't show up less than 24 hours before the start of your reservation, you'll be charged a cost equal to 50% of the base fare, one day's rental, or one hour's rent, whichever is greater.
